Second day back to school since... ever...

I was back after spring break, but only for a day, so that doesn't really count. :)

The trip went fine. Flying isn't such a big deal after all.

The plane ride actually went pretty smoothly. 

The only problem we had was that little bit of turbulence when we were landing in Cleveland from South Bend. The plane was so small that the wind kinda blew it around a bit. 

It felt like a rollercoaster when the plane suddenly dropped in altitude. That... was NOT fun.

Anyway, I am SO far behind in my classes it's not even funny.

I stayed up almost all night to finish my homework... Or I meant to, anyway. Didn't work out that way. I fell asleep and didn't finish. Now I'm all stressed out.

Life sucks.

Nya, the college trip is tomorrow!

I'm excited to be able to walk around the Notre Dame campus, but...

I have to get there first. By PLANE. I have to go on a PLANE.

I have cried at the top of a kiddie roller coaster...

Gah. Kill me now. *cries*

Another drawback to this trip would be the WEATHER. It's supposed to be in the freaking 30s (!!!!) on Thursday, which is when we'll actually be touring the school! (I am taking my gloves and my scarf! ... I wish I had earmuffs too...)

Goddamn that's cold. 

Here I am, moaning about it being in the 70s on Easter Sunday, which didn't let us go to the beach as planned, and these people in Indiana are freezing their asses off. *feels guilty*

It's their own fault for living that far north, though. Too bad for them.

Ha.

 

I got a review for my story, "Stay," from Celtic Angel Wings. It was super nice! 

It said: *sniffles* That was so sweet! And so very sad...*teary eyes* It was very well written and the plotline flowed nicely. This is going straight into my favs!  Keep up the good work! Ja NE! 

Made me feel all warm and fluffy. :)

I got two reviews today, yay! They were better than usual, as the reviews I usually get consist of "Good. Now update!"

In other (RL) news... Today was my grandmother's birthday. I don't have a very good relationship with my grandmother. (I, unlike my cousins, don't visit her just to get some cash.) I decided to skip my grandmother's birthday party / family reunion from hell. Since we live close by, and it is rather windy today, I can hear the mariachi from my window.

I feel slightly guilty now.

... Damn.

Haha, okay... I was looking at my FF.Net profile (yes, I have no life), when I noticed something...

My fic, "Don't Leave," only had one chapter. What's the problem with that, you might be asking. Well, the problem would be that it's supposed to have two!! What happened to the other one?

I looked at My Documents (yes, they deserve capitals), and the file was there... Meaning that I had successfully completed the chapter... So why wasn't it posted?

And then my synapses sparked.  I forgot to post the damn chapter! Grr.

So I was reading this fic, one that I'd abandoned so long ago that I had to start all over again just to understand what the hell was going on (Spring Time in the Fox Den, by Shi No Tenshi 902), when I got this strange urge to see anime. ANY anime, really, I wasn't even feeling picky for once...

So I go to Yaoi Kiss, trying to see if any of them caught my interest. No. I head on over to Anime_Downloads... At first, no luck... But then, lo and behold, a link! And it leads me right to R.O.D. TV episodes! I was like, "Hallelujah!"

But... Once it started to download, I noticed it... The file size... WAS TOO BIG. It would take FOREVER for it to download through my craptastic dial-up connection!

Tragic.
